 What’s a Trend You’re Seeing/Prediction for the Future: 

 As many kids are now planning on staying home for the school year, I think you will start to see a rise in the number of people seeking co-working /individual offices. It’s hard to be super productive at home, especially if you have a family and kids, and the workplace was an opportunity to stay focused on your job. Having the option to come into a quiet place without having to be tied into a long-term lease or worry about building maintenance is extremely nice.

 A Problem/Challenge We Are Working To Solve: 

 We are trying to put the human back into recruiting. Staffing companies have lost sight of how to attract talented individuals, and care more about speed, and profit margins. The recruiting process is now rushed as companies compete to be the first to get applicants submitted for roles. We take a step back, and first try to understand what the client’s technical needs are so we can better target individuals who we feel would best succeed in the long run. 

 Why is Ohio is a great place to do business?

The tech scene in Ohio is growing like crazy, unknowingly to many people. Having the opportunities you’d normally find in places like Silicon Valley, at half the cost of living is continuing to drive more and more businesses to consider the north east as their next home.
