Steve Cross is the Founder and Creative Director of iSynergy, an integrated digital marketing agency with a laser focus on maximizing ROI for clients.

In this conversation we spoke with Steve about the inspiration to leave a "safe" job and create his own business, why he's so focused on team culture, and his passion for West Coast Innovation with a Rust Belt work ethic.
