Tracy Ruberg is the Founder/President of T6 Group and Executive Director of The Circuit, a non-profit IT association in Southwest Ohio. In this episode, we talk with Tracy about aligning strategic business objectives with digital transformation initiatives, the tech ecosystem in Southwest Ohio, and creating tech education opportunities.

Throughout her career, Tracy has had the opportunity to work for organizations including E&Y, HP, Dell, EMC, CBTS and others.  Tracy loves working with clients and uses her ability to “stand in the shoes” of the client’s employees at all levels to deliver solid results. She believes in gaining clarity on the end result, and that project success hinges on continuous, strategic, and transparent company-wide communication.

When she is not busy working, she can be found doing activities with her family, reading, or planning the next beach vacation.  Tracy has a Quantitative Business Analysis and Marketing degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
