What’s a Trend You’re Seeing/Prediction for the Future:

It’s not a new trend but businesses are still working to provide easy access to data so that employees can make data informed decisions more quickly. Everyone knows that data is the biggest asset to an organization and with businesses becoming global entities, with offices in many locations, and with the increase in mergers and acquisitions, data can become disparate.

Not to mention the proliferation of SaaS application offerings, an organization can easily have 100 different applications in use. With all of these trends, we find many organizations continuing to build out data lakes and they have a need to more quickly get the data to where it needs to be.

A Problem/Challenge We Are Working To Solve:

Jitterbit is building a series of solutions to more rapidly enable 360 views of customers, orders, employees and more. Jitterbit customers and partners utilize our Harmony platform to enable API creation/management, IoT, AI, EDI as well as Application and Data Integration.

These integration points and processes enable Intelligent Chatbots, Voice Assistants, mobile to have the proper data to ensure that actions and communications that range from “who are my customers” to “where’s my order” are timely and accurate.
