Company Name: MailJive

City: New Albany

Industry: Enterprise SaaS (Enterprise Wiki, Knowledge Management System)

What We Do:

MailJive automatically builds a searchable knowledge database as employees communicate. This means in real-time, employees have access to the same information as their peers, and that information is available now, or a year from now, no matter who has joined or left the company.

What’s a Trend You’re Seeing/Prediction for the Future:

Employee tenure at companies has been steadily declining for years,
especially in younger demographics; meanwhile, smaller companies rely heavily on temp, contract, and “fractional” workers. Knowing these trends, plus the sheer volume of information and knowledge companies consume, we believe organizations will need to accommodate a large percentage of their subject matter experts (SMEs) which exist outside of the company.

A Problem/Challenge We Are Working To Solve:

Our primary focus is removing barriers to information for employees, by (1) overcoming incomplete or inadequate documentation, and (2) providing immediate access to shared knowledge. This is achieved with our suite of integrations with email, Slack, and more, along with team-based access, user commenting, and AI tagging.

Our long-term vision is to use machine learning to fully index every facet of available information, and give employees intelligent search across business silos, with the ultimate goal of generating real-time,
human-readable documentation.

Your Company/Organization's Slogan:
