Inaugural OhioX CEO Retreat welcomes tech execs from across the state
The OhioX CEO Retreat held on September 15, 2022, was a resounding success, offering CEOs and top-ranking Ohio officials an opportunity to connect, learn, and share their work with peers from across the state.
More than 130 executives representing 114 companies and organizations attended the Retreat, which included an optional add-on day of golf at the New Albany Country Club and an evening-before welcome happy hour on September 14th. The Retreat was exclusive to CEOs, Presidents, and top-ranking Ohio officials, bringing decision-makers together from cities across Ohio including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Akron, Toledo, Youngstown, Findlay, and more.
Distinguished guest speakers included Lt. Governor Jon Husted, who emphasized Ohio's commitment to supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, along with Mark Kvamme, Co-Founder, and Partner of Drive Capital, Steve Leaks, CEO of Branch, Angelo Kafantaris, CEO of Hyperion Motors, David Sylvan, President of University Hospitals Ventures, Catherine Allshouse, EVP, and CIO of Veeva Systems, as well as leaders from Intel, JobsOhio, and One Columbus.
