Dan Snyder - On building one of the world's most innovative companies (#069)
Dan Snyder is the co-founder and CEO of Lower, a multi-channel FinTech aimed at helping consumers build wealth through homeownership. In this episode we talk with Dan about his journey starting Lower, raising the largest Series A round in Ohio history, and why doing it in his home state is special.
Dan was named the #4 CEO in the country by Glassdoor in 2021 and his leadership style has led to multiple local and national Best Places to Work awards. Lower also recently joined Fast Company’s prestigious annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2022. The FinTech landed third in the Personal Finance category. This designation comes as the company continues their innovation to help consumers reach their homebuying goals.
Lower is the naming rights partner for the Columbus Crew’s new stadium, Lower.com Field and they also hold the record for largest Series A investment in Ohio history. Dan loves helping his own people grow and uses a promote from within approach to the company.
